These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StickerMyArt's website and services. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By accessing or using the StickerMyArt website (stickermyart.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
StickerMyArt provides custom sticker printing services. We print stickers based on artwork submitted by customers. We are a printing service only — we do not provide graphic design services unless explicitly stated. The quality of the final product depends significantly on the quality of the artwork provided.
By uploading artwork to StickerMyArt, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own all rights to the artwork or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses; (b) the artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents; (c) the artwork does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
You grant StickerMyArt a limited, non-exclusive license to use your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your artwork for any other purpose without your explicit written consent. StickerMyArt reserves the right to refuse any order that contains artwork we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by StickerMyArt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Orders are not considered confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
For all orders, we provide a digital proof showing how your stickers will look when printed. You must review and approve the proof before production begins. By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the content, spelling, design, and layout. StickerMyArt is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
Proofs must be approved within 14 days of the order date. Orders with unapproved proofs after 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.
Production times are estimates and not guarantees. We will make every effort to meet stated timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. StickerMyArt is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after handoff to the carrier, though we will assist in filing claims.
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will provide a free reprint or full refund for products that: (a) contain a print defect caused by our production process; (b) do not match the approved proof; (c) are damaged in transit; or (d) are the wrong item.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StickerMyArt's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
