If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Our policy is simple: if we made an error, you get a free reprint or a full refund.

We'll Make It Right If…

  • Print defect (colors significantly off, blurry, or smeared)
  • Sticker does not match the approved proof
  • Wrong item shipped (wrong size, shape, or design)
  • Damaged in transit (packaging damage, crushed, or bent)
  • Missing items from your order

Not Covered By Our Policy

  • Change of mind after proof approval
  • Artwork errors in the original file (e.g. typos, wrong colors in the source file)
  • Low-resolution artwork that was flagged during upload but approved anyway
  • Quantity discrepancies within a 5% tolerance (industry standard for custom printing)
  • Slight color variation between screen preview and printed output (screens vary; we match as closely as possible)

How to Request a Reprint or Refund

The process is straightforward and typically resolved the same day.

Step 1.Document the Issue

Take clear photos of the defective or damaged stickers, including the packaging if damaged in transit. Photos are required to process your claim.

Step 2.Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Step 3.We Review Your Claim

Our team reviews your claim within 1–2 business hours. We may ask for additional photos or clarification. We aim to resolve every issue the same day.

Step 4.Reprint or Refund

Once approved, you choose: a free reprint shipped at no charge, or a full refund to your original payment method. Reprints ship within 24–48 hours.

Important Notes

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
Do not return stickers without contacting us first. We do not have a return shipping address for custom orders.
For large orders (500+), we may request a sample of the defective stickers before processing a full reprint.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or PayPal account.
